Financial Services Vacancy - Head of Client Services, Bristol. This Bristol based Financial Services company is looking for a Head of Client Services to lead the division and provide a professional and customer focused service to Clients and Investors. This will include leading and developing a team of managers who will direct teams of Client Services Executives and Financial Services Administrators.
Role
- Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met by the Client Services function, and that all complaints, both regulatory and non-regulatory are dealt with efficiently and effectively according to both the company and specified regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure that all service targets and SLAs are achieved within the area of Client Services.
It is expected that applicants will have relevant industry qualifications and have experience of Group Pensions and Third Party Administration.
