They are currently growing their team but recruiting further IFA’s to their business. They are currently a Chartered IFA and intend to stay that way so qualifications are important.

As an IFA to their business duties will include:-
• To comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FSA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice and the relevant FSA rules at all times.
• Comply with the relevant Compliance, T&C and Anti-Money Laundering Procedures of the firm at all times.
• Keep up to date with all relevant products, legislative or technical changes.
• Prospect / contact potential clients to ensure sales targets are met.
• Ensure sufficient client information obtained and analyse information gathered.
• Undertake sufficient product and market research.
• Ensure suitable recommendations are made.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained.
• Attain and maintain level of competence as required by the firm.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:-
• The requisite generic knowledge and Diploma qualification or working towards
• Provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firm’s Business Manual and Risk Plan.
• Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm.
• Ensure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately.

You will either be working Self Employed that would like the security of an employed position or as an employed IFA who is looking to be part of an exciting company.
Salary is very flexible and depending on experience but as a bench mark they are looking to pay between £25,000 - £40,000 + commission + company bonus. Commission is based on 2 times validation with 30% uncapped commission thereafter and a bonus structure is in place based on company profit.
