They are currently looking to recruit a Retirement Education Consultant to deliver excellent customer service to employee's of corporate pension clients, and developing excellent relationships through account management disciplines with agreed Employers, Pension Managers and HR Managers.
The main purpose of the job is to deliver personal Sales revenue targets as set by the Management team via the communication of AVC, MPP, GPP, Stakeholder and generic information to staff members of existing and new scheme accounts. This will be achieved by using a range of activities to include: presentations, F2F meetings, intranet, Direct mail Telephony, staff meetings etc.
You must be able to demonstrate that ‘treating customers fairly’ is part of your culture while providing clear information so that individual members of corporate pension schemes understand the service they will receive and are in a position to make an informed choice about the appropriate course of action to help them achieve their financial goals at retirement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working within a T&C Sales environment, excellent presentation skills, an in depth knowledge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution market - both occupational and GPP and be within commutable distance of London.
In return, you can expect a basic salary up to £38K plus £15K OTB.
