Employed IFA or Chartered Financial Planner with leading Financial Services firm, City of London

Employed IFA position with this leading financial services firm in the heart of the City of London. Our client, an Independent Financial Adviser and a leading Wealth Management firm located in the heart of the City of London, has returned to the marketplace to recruit a high calibre Wealth Manager (IFA). Due to exceptional growth and ambitious growth plans, the organisation wants to add another Chartered Financial Planner to serve/provide holistic financial planning advice and a wealth management service to an expanding directory of HNW individuals.

The firm’s proposition is strong and reflects an advisory house of a ‘New Model Adviser’, where the advice process is provided in-house, on a fee only basis and a WRAP platform is used. All employees are salaried and as a directly authorized firm the regulatory compliance function/reporting is the responsibility of the company. The firm’s clients are primarily high-end bankers and lawyers. Administrative and Paraplanning support is provided.

Important pre-requisites for applicants:

o Strong inter-personal and relationship development skills
o Sufficient gravitas in providing holistic advice to discerning and astute HNWI’s
o Possess good management foresight and ability
o Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a team player

Candidates must be Chartered (preferably IFA’s) and experienced at working with HNWI’s with a demonstrable and proven track record on meeting KPI’s. Although, clients are provided, you will be required to help the company expand its client-base and assets under management, as well as working alongside in-house introducers.
