Professional Qualifications:

The successful applicant must hold Certificate of Financial Planning or a recognised equivalent, and be Diploma qualified, or on target to be Diploma qualified by the end of 2012, while possessing the ambition to achieve chartered status thereafter.

The applicant:

You must be an experienced IFA with a proven track record of beating KPI's
You will need excellent inter-personal, communication skills, drive and entrepreneurial talent
You will need to have excellent analytical skills and be able to work in a structured and planned manner
You must ensure that the firm's high standards of client care (TCF) are met by demonstrating competence throughout the advisory process
You will be required to service an existing client-base and assist the company in introducing new clients
You must achieve and retain CAS status (employer benchmark)
You must satisfy the FSA requirements for an approved person
You must have a clean credit history
